THE ELECTROSTATIC PROCESS

Electrostatic Painting is an ideal way to paint and refinish metal surfaces. In the electrostatic process an electrical charge is applied to the paint and is then dispersed through a special paint gun onto a grounded metal object. Using a non-bake-on liquid process, the paint is magnetically attracted to the metal surface being painted creating a durable finish without runs and drips. Electrostatic coatings are in most cases equivalent or superior to the original factory finish. This process provides a more durable coating than most conventional liquid paints and is more resistant to chipping, scratching and fading.

ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY

Why fill up the landfills with scrap metal when a fresh electrostatic finish can make your equipment, lockers, railings or storage units look like new? Match your new decor or upgrade your color scheme in one easy step. Avoid buying new equipment with costly installation fees, disposal fees and downtime. Electrostatic painting of metal surfaces is a clean, quick process with minimal disruption to your business or environment.Environmental Advantages:

The higher transfer efficiency achieved by our electrostatic paint spray system reduces the total volume of paint used. This in turn results in the following compliance benefits:

• Reduced emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
• Reduced emissions of hazardous air pollutants.
• Reduced hazardous waste generation
• Reduced hazardous materials usage.
• Reduced occupational exposures.
